Nathan A. was our plumber. He was very friendly and courteous and explained everything he needed to do for the job. He had to replace the toilet but he also realized an existing problem with the original installation. He fixed that problem and replaced the toilet very skillfully and professionally. We appreciate his help and will definitely call again.
Bill Chrisman did an outstanding job on our clean out. He was very professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions and took the time to listen to and address our concerns. Nathan from Mt Rooter was GREAT! Arrived quickly after calling in for water heater issues. He was very personal and extremely friendly. Replaced our old water heater in about 2 hours. Cleaned up well and we’re more than satisfied considering the circumstances. Mr Rooter was great choice especially after hours.
Bill and James listened to what was going on and knew exactly what needed to be replaced. Didn't try to fix anything that wasn't broken. They replaced the part and explained everything that was going on and why it happened. Then they gave pointers and tips on how to maintain some of the water systems in our home.
Nathan and Kelvin were extremely professional. Showed up when scheduled and completed the work in a very timely manner. Will definitely use this company again.
Kade Johnson was the best help anyone could have, I was mid full panic attack after I tried to bob the builder my toilet, he talked me through the steps and helped me figure out what my problem was. I Can not thank him enough for the peace of mind he helped me achieve.

Mr. Kelvin was the very best tech ever! Great conversation about the past up in Dallas, Waco TX. Came in, installed the disposal, explained the warranty, reset button, allen wrench etc. Also what to do if blades lock up, if unit is just humming, etc. Kelvin is a great guy, and a great tech. We were doing some serious reminising, Adamson HS in Dallas, then on to the Baylor Bears in Waco TX. Kelvin was there during the time RG3 was QB. it is definitely a small small world! Tom Brady

We had to have our entire pipe system replaced under our house and the team at Mr Rooter was fast, friendly, and even cost effective for such a HUGE job! Kade and James were thorough with their work and very kind! We will use Mr rooter again, but hopefully not soon haha

If I could rate Kade and Tyler 50 stars I would. The were very professional and worked very hard. They made sure the job was complete. They really made me feel at ease. You usually wait for companies to say "well",. They just kept working. I am a customer forever. THANKS so much.
I had two gentlemen visit from Mr. Rooter visit my home to make a repair. They were great, courteous, and very professional. I knew what the problem was prior to them arriving. In this world today you can research anything in minutes with social media and the internet. The two gentlemen came into my home and within 3 to 5 minutes they had diagnose the problem and it took another 30 minutes to repair. Of course they had to get parts but when they started it was spot on!! Thank you Kelvin and Tyler for great work. If there is ever a next time I will ask for these technicians again.
Kelvin is an excellent and professional technician. He came to our house Sunday night to help troubleshoot a broken water heater. The next morning he arrived early and removed the old water heater and replaced it. He is extremely knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone!

Kelvin came out to look at my water heater and was very quick with the diagnosis and fixed the problem. Then he was kind enough to check my kitchen faucet and it was needing to be replaced. He did a great job and was very clean about his work.
